Your Fitness At Old Age
Your Fitness At Old Age

Sure you might be old, but that doesn’t means that you can’t lead a healthy lifestyle or carry out regular physical activities. In fact, fitness and exercise for old adults is as important as it is for any other age group. Check out the following guidelines that will help you figure out how important it is:

•    Moderate exercises such as cycling and brisk walking should be carried out for at least 3 hours per week.
•    Sitting periods or sedentary phases can be easily swapped by frequent breaks or light activities such as cleaning etc.
•    Eating healthy is must, and eating in right portion is also a must. Not to forget, you must consider eating things that have been deemed clear for your health.
•    Outdoor activities such as hiking, riding a bike up hills or volleyball should be carried out only if you are in the condition to do so.
So, stay fit at old age also!
